Reservations and Payments

All reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and comply with all safety instructions provided by management. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct may endanger others or disrupt operations.

Recreational Activities

Participation in activities such as jet skiing, boat cruises, quad biking, paintball, swimming, and shooting games is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are required to comply with safety rules and instructions provided by staff.

Limitation of Liability

Bolowei’s World Resort shall not be liable for losses, injuries, or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control or from failure by guests to comply with safety instructions.
