At Bolowei’s World Resort, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy governs refunds relating to bookings, reservations, and payments.

Erroneous Transfers

Where a customer makes an erroneous transfer or payment, refund requests may be considered within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours after payment, subject to verification and confirmation by management.

Confirmed Payments and Cancellations

All deposits and payments become non-refundable once payment has been received and confirmed. Cancellation of reservations, bookings, events, or recreational services after confirmation shall not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, processing may take between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days and will be made through the original payment method where possible.

Management Discretion

Bolowei’s World Resort reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and make final decisions regarding eligibility.
