Welcome to Bolowei’s World Resort. The safety and well-being of our guests are important to us. By accessing our premises and participating in any activity or service offered by Bolowei’s World Resort, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

Certain recreational and adventure activities offered by Bolowei’s World Resort involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

* Swimming
* Boat cruises
* Jet ski rides
* One-bedroom yacht experiences
* Quad bike rides
* Pedal boats
* Paintball games
* Shooting games
* Amazon Park attractions
* Any other recreational or sporting activities offered from time to time

Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Compliance with Safety Instructions

Guests are required to:

* Follow all safety guidelines and instructions issued by management and staff.
* Wear any required safety equipment provided.
* Refrain from reckless or dangerous behavior.
* Ensure that children are supervised by responsible adults at all times.

Bolowei’s World Resort reserves the right to deny access to any activity where a participant’s conduct may endanger themselves or others.

Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to engage in any recreational activity. Individuals suffering from medical conditions, heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy-related complications, or any condition that may impair their ability to safely participate should seek medical advice before participating.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Bolowei’s World Resort, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

* Personal injury;
* Illness;
* Loss or damage to personal property;
* Accidents arising from the inherent risks associated with recreational activities;
* Losses resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions;
* Events beyond the reasonable control of management.

Personal Property

Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Bolowei’s World Resort shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Alcohol Consumption

Guests consuming alcoholic beverages are expected to act responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service or participation in any activity to persons who appear intoxicated or whose behavior may pose a danger to themselves or others.

Photography and Media

Photographs and videos taken within the resort premises for promotional purposes may occasionally feature guests. Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify management accordingly.

Indemnification

By participating in any activity offered by Bolowei’s World Resort, guests agree to release and hold harmless Bolowei’s World Resort, its management, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in such activities, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the resort.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer and Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
